Applesauce in the Instant Pot is a snap! Peel & chop the apples, throw them in an Instant Pot with a small amount of water, and minutes later you will have fresh applesauce that is both inexpensive to make and that has zero added sugars!
When it comes to spices, I'm leaving that up to you. A sprinkle of cinnamon or cloves would be delicious. Of course if you use cinnamon, I highly recommend using Ceylon Cinnamon for reasons I outline in this blog post.
If you want make an easy cobbler, add some Homemade Granola to the top of your fresh applesauce and now you have a quick dessert!
